Content Marketing ROI
Strategies to aid your marketing
Content marketing is constantly changing. So much that it’s challenging to keep up with what actually works. Yes, keywords, but also quality writing. Sometimes long, sometimes short. Get to the point, but also explain. The question is: How can we keep up in the ever-changing world of content creation?
Go Evergreen
Create content that will stay relevant over a wide span of time. Long-standing, high quality content serves a few purposes: it’s useful, it keeps you relevant, and it proves that you’re an expert in your field, that you have authority, and that you’re trustworthy.
Choose Hot Topics
Find a balance between relevant and high-volume keywords with little competition. Use this formula to come up with relevant content:
Broad keywords + audience questions + find related, less competitive words + what is your audience saying about it = best topic to write content on.
Be Consistent
POST! POST! POST! Ranking blogs –> qualified traffic —> conversions.
Update Website UX
User experience is everything. Improve site speed, optimize ads to be relevant to the page content, optimize page navigation.
Link to Relevant Pages
Improve UX by linking your content to useful pages about the topic. As long as it’s not to a competitor, linking will help support your research and improve your authority on the topic.
Manage Tasks, Not Time
Productivity tips & hacks
Prioritize your tasks, not your time. It allows you to focus on the labor intensive tasks first, since your best effort is usually given at the beginning of the day. Then you can focus on smaller tasks at the end of the day, when your energy begins to wane. If you have tasks that will each take less than 5 minutes, do those right away.
